PAYMENT
Once you are offered a place on an ELT Hub CELTA or DELTA course you must pay a deposit of €500 within 7 days of receiving your letter of acceptance. Your depositwill ensure you a place on the course. The balance is to be paid before, or on, the first day of the course.
You may pay by cheque, credit card or bank transfer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the case of cancellations made later than four weeks before the start of the course, requests for refund can only be considered if we have been able tofill the place at short notice. The deposit and Cambridge English Assessment registration fees (when applicable) are not refundable.
Please note that in the event of a candidate withdrawing from the course once it has started, for whatever reason, The ELT Hub cannot refund fees or offer a place on a subsequent course without payment of further fees.
The ELT Hub reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course due to insufficient student numbers or operational problems. In this event acandidate will be given as much notice as possible and full refunds will be made.
Course Fees are not refundable or transferable. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance which covers reimbursement of fees.
Selection criteria, assessment and grades
The ELT Hub cannot enter into correspondence or discussion concerning the reasons for an interview or a place on a course not having been offered.
All tutors on the Cambridge English CELTA and Delta courses collaborate on the internal assessments and decisions are unanimous.
In all matters relating to selection and assessment the decision of the Director of Studies is final.
Accommodation Fees
The ELT Hub will do its best to help you find suitable accommodation during your stay in France. We have an extensive list of homestay and self-contained flats which you will be sent once you have been offered a place on a course. You will be asked to contact the owner of the place where you wish to stay directly and to arrange your own arrival at their address. You are required to pay the total amount for your stay on your arrival to your host. The ELT Hub is not responsible for any disputes that may arise between the host family and the candidate.
Cancellation Fees – Once the student has started his/her course:
Lessons cannot be cancelled, postponed or curtailed and all fees are due as per the original agreement for both tuition and accommodation. No refund of course fees will be made.
Minimum age:
18 years.
Attendance:
Students are expected to attend lessons regularly and on time. Students forfeit tuition if they are late, absent, or leave before the course ends.
Course availability and cancellation:
Every attempt will be made to place you on the course of your choice. However, The ELT Hub cannot guarantee a particular course and timetable until you have taken an entry test and had an interview.
French Immigration Regulations:
It is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa (where necessary) for studying in France.

Documentation in support of study visa applications:
The ELT Hub will provide the documentation required for students to apply for visaswhere applicable. Documentation in support of student visa applications will only be provided upon receipt of the initial deposit.
