Applying for one of our courses

Please download an application form from the forms at the bottom of this page that corresponds to the course you’re applying for an email us you completed form to: info@theelthub.com. If you don't have an electronic signature, no problem: simply type your name. We prefer to receive forms in Word or PDF format rather than photos of handwritten documents. If you reside in France, please see the instructions below.

Application and admission 

If you wish to apply for a training course leading to the CELTA qualification, here is the procedure to follow:

On The ELT Hub website, download the 'CELTA Application Form'.

After carefully completing the form, attaching a passport photo, and writing your personal statement on a separate sheet of paper, please send your CELTA application form by email to the following address: info@theelthub.com (The document can be signed using an electronic signature).

Upon receiving your application, we will send you a document called 'Pre-Interview Task', which will contain a task that you will need to complete and return to us by email in preparation for the subsequent interview.

You will then receive an email specifying the date, time, and other details of your interview with a tutor. This interview, which usually takes place via video conference, lasts at least one hour. Primarily based on the task you completed beforehand, it will also be an opportunity for you to obtain all the information you need about the training program.

Shortly after the interview, you will receive an email informing you whether or not you have been selected for one of our CELTA training courses. If you are accepted, you will be required to make a deposit to secure your place on the chosen training course.

Our administrative team will contact you before the start of the training to arrange payment of the remaining training fees, which must be paid no later than the first day of the training, unless third-party funding applies.

IMPORTANT :

The CELTA course is eligible for funding through the CPF (Personal Skills Account), as well as funding from Pôle Emploi and OPCA, and certain funding options are also available for people with disabilities. CELTA is registered with France Compétences as " Teaching English (CELTA) "It is listed in the National Register of Professional Qualifications with the code RS6547. Its expiry date is 27/03/2027, and the certifying body is Cambridge Assessment Overseas Limited. Our administrative team will provide you with all the necessary documents for your funding application. However, it is essential to complete the application and admission process before starting any procedures related to external funding.
